Are you frustrated with slow cash flow from outstanding receivables?

Is it hard to collect payments not covered by patients’ insurance?

Practice Management Bridge is an interface to all Windows-based electronic health record systems that make it easy to collect payments before they become late.

For example:

  • Card on File: The bridge interface has a built-in agreement that gets a digital signature from your patients, permitting you to charge their credit card for payments due automatically.
  • Recurring Billing: The bridge interface also has another agreement that collects a digital signature from your patients to collect their credit card payments once a month. Recurring billing allows you to set up an in-house financing program to space out payments for large bills.

QR codes can be placed in waiting rooms and patient rooms for patients to quickly pull up their bill and pay it with their phones before leaving the building and without stopping at a desk to complete payment. Using QR Codes saves the patient time and reduces staff time, thereby saving money for the practice.

Texting invoices with a click-to-pay link saves so much money versus mailing out paper invoices, which generally cost a practice $5/ envelope mailed. A practice can send up to 5000 individual invoices via text with the push of one button. The practice management bridge thus saves multiple hours of staff time and the cost of paper invoices. In addition, patients love the easy way to pay right from their phones instead of writing out checks and mailing payments back to the practice.

The practice can similarly send out invoices via email with a click-n-pay button.
